Dr. John Man is a Fellow, Certified Management Consultant (FCMC) and a practicing occupational psychologist. He devotes his energies to develop competencies and intelligence in people and organizations.

John teaches, conducts seminars on people development programmes and gives advice to organizations on:

• Grievance handling,
• Emotional Competencies,
• Organization change and culture,
• Personality analysis and profiling,
• Career development and counselling,
• Quality management and deployment,
• Management teams and group dynamics,
• Six Sigma methods for people development.

Dr. John Man is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt trainer and advisor. He is currently working with the Hong Kong Productivity Council, National Productivity Council of India, Vietnam Productivity Centre to deploy and develop the Six Sigma breakthrough methodology in the government and commercial organizations and small and medium enterprises.

John Man is the managing director of Smart Process International, which is dedicated to developing people and organizations in achieving best-in-class performance since 1991. His approaches and efforts are evident in leading multinational corporations, government organizations, small and medium enterprises operating in China, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Professor Emeritus Joseph Juran certified John Man as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in 1989. He received a Magna Cum Laude (with great distinction) for his doctoral degree in organization development and change specializing in Quality Management.

Dr John Man is appointed as an adviser for the Doctoral Research group of Hong Kong Quality Management Association. He is also the Vice President, International Cross Field Association of Japan.
